bust out your crayons

Today, I bring to you Mother Goose! Well, Little Boy Blue. Use it as you wish, a coloring page, felties, magnets, whatever. Just enjoy!

I'm back! Sorry it has taken so long, but I had a baby. And I couldn't help but to snuggle him. All the time. Anyway, I think I can start to pull myself away every once in a while to do more updates :) So, here we go! I know I've had some ABC writing pages up for a while, but not the whole alphabet. I finally finished it. I will post them all on the "ABC Pages" page. You can get to them by clicking the link under my crayon picture or by clicking  here! The pages look something like this: I tried to make them a little silly because it's fun, and it sparks great conversation. So, there you have it. Enjoy!

Yea for Thanksgiving! I thought I'd try my hand at making a little coloring book/story book to the poem "Five Little Turkeys".  So, here it is, I hope you like it! I'm also trying new software so bear with me while I figure it out.  Just print the pages, cut on the dotted line, and staple together (don't be fooled by the numbers. They actually go backwards).  It means there is only one side of the page, but it keeps it simple.   Also, don't forget to check out my Thanksgiving "Don't Eat Pete!" game for even more turkey fun :) Enjoy! Make sure you download the pictures instead of printing directly from the blog, so it sizes correctly!

I know this is lame, but it's something for now.  Hopefully, I'll get some Thanksgiving things to post soon.  Anyway, I started a book club with my five year old, and we write/present narration pages for an activity.  I couldn't find any writing pages I liked, and figured it would take me less time to make one than find one.  I could be completely wrong, but here it is with a space on the top to draw.  So, bust out your crayons and enjoy!

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while!  Hopefully, I'll get back into the swing of things here soon.  So, without further ado, the Five Little Ducks. Five Little Ducks Five little ducks went out to play Over the hills and far away When Mama Duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack," Four little ducks came hurrying back... Four little ducks went out to play Over the hills and far away When Mama Duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack," Three little ducks came hurrying back... Three little ducks went out to play Over the hills and far away When Mama Duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack," Two little ducks came hurrying back... Two little ducks went out to play Over the hills and far away When Mama Duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack," One little duck came hurrying back... One little duck went out to play Over the hills and far away When Mama Duck said, "Quack, quack, quack, quack," No little ducks came hurrying back....

Here are a few bookmarks for your kids to color and cut out.  Who am I kidding?  I'm totally using them too.  :) Enjoy!

I hope you all have some St. Patrick's day fun!   Bust out your crayons and enjoy! 5 Shamrocks One green shamrock, in the morning dew,  Another one sprouted, and then there were two.
